The Environmental Project Manager will be responsible for providing technical expertise for a variety of projects in the Transportation, Water, and Resources sectors. This position would provide leadership for North Dakota environmental projects and would play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients across the Dakotas and Wyoming. We'll count on you to:
Manage and oversee all aspects of environmental projects as part of our Dakotas and Wyoming environmental team.Provide hands-on mentoring and supervision, engage in team participation while championing a quality culture.Stay up to date on evolving environmental regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across North Dakota.Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets while managing project risks. Contribute to business development efforts for environmental services in North Dakota including writing proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules. Oversee and manage environmental staff.Perform other duties as needed.(Note: Required Qualifications are defaulted based on the Job Code selected and can't be edited.)
Bachelor's degree in related field10 years related experienceA minimum of 5 years of project management experienceFamiliar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management softwareMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
