Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, or CMP tools). + Experience in semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems (PLCs, robotics, etc). + Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Preferred qualifications: + 10 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting a broad range of semiconductor processing equipment, including vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, and CMP tools. + Experience with multiple, highly-complex semiconductor equipment (e.g., vacuum, dry etch, PVD/CVD, wet etch, advanced lithography systems, high-volume metrology systems). + Experience leading tool installations (including reading and interpreting cut sheets) and proficiency in AutoCAD design. + Ability to lead teams and experience working effectively with vendors. In this role, you will support the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of semiconductor processing equipment critical to our microLED and Augmented Reality development. You will focus on supporting advanced vacuum systems related to CVD, ICP, and RIE, leveraging your broad understanding of semiconductor manufacturing. You will also have the opportunity to support other critical toolsets, including ECP, CMP, lithography, and wet etch, as needed.
