Excellent academic qualifications, ideally in a finance, economics or quantitative disciplineSales trading experience gained from sizable sell-side platforms with a proven ability to deliver consistent execution quality and client service in a competitive environmentDeep understanding of Indonesian equity markets and solid institutional client relationshipsStrong commercial instincts and the ability to identify revenue opportunitiesThrive in a collaborative team culture with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to communicate ideas succinctly with fluency in EnglishDetailed knowledge of risk management, technical and operation procedures within a global institutional equity trading environment.
