The Bonadio Group is currently seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist for our Outsource Accounting and Finance Team to help support the implementation and integration of our accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as experience with ERP implementation in small to medium-sized companies.
Responsibilities
Provide User maintenance & Troubleshooting/Level One technical support for internal and external end users on Sage Intacct, QBO, Bill & other SaaS solutions
Assist in the implementation, support and provide end-user training for Sage Intacct software including the core and advanced modules
Assist in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, presenting and demonstrating Sage Intacct to clients and prospects
Assist with data conversion
Creating building tools, templates, and shortcuts to make implementations more efficient
Deepening knowledge of the Sage Intacct and QBO software, including development of expertise implementing and using Sage Intacct and QBO, as well as staying current with the latest product features and enhancements
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field
At least two years experience in accounting, business, consulting or a related setting
At least one year of experience in any of the following: Consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications and/or other SaaS solutions; public accounting
General understanding of accounting terms and full cycle month end close through previous courses or experience
Advanced proficiency with Excel for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data
The salary for this position is between $60,000 to $75,000 and is commensurate with experience.
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
