Compensation

$125,000- $165,000

Mission

Supervises the completion of responses to calls for tenders within his/her scope and monitors customer relations. Guarantees the quality of the studies and the conformity of the response files to calls for tenders. 

Main Responsibilities

Monitors current and future projects

Participates in the targeting and selection of calls for tenders with the Operational Unit Manager

Schedules studies according to the establishment's priorities

Coordinates the successful execution of the studies with the employees concerned

Directs the technical and financial optimizations of the project, the offer strategy and the risks and opportunities

Validates and ensures the editorial quality of the technical files with the competent departments of the territory

Controls the monitoring of the file until signing of the contract: technical and financial negotiations, dunning, etc.

Ensures or supervises the signing of the successful files to the Operations

Ensures a sales relationship with customers, partners and suppliers

Promotes relations with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operations upstream, during and downstream of the job to capitalise on feedback.

Manages a Design Office team

Profile

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience

With a significant experience in the Studies or Operation/Projects sector
