Job Description
The focus of this position is on producing quality, detailed estimates from proven processes, systems, standards, and guidelines. The role also centers on established relationships with subcontractors, design and engineering consultants, and other project stakeholders. Consistent, error-free work is a key measure of job performance success. This position is designed for an experienced and valued team member, who is recognized and supported by a committed management and administrative team.
ResponsibilitiesProduce quality, detailed estimates from proven processes, systems, standards, and guidelines.Maintain and cultivate established relationships with subcontractors, design and engineering consultants, and other project stakeholders.Ensure consistent, error-free work and maintain high standards of accuracy.Utilize estimating software and tools to create precise project estimates.Engage in preconstruction activities including bidding and project planning.Essential Skills7+ years in the construction industry, with at least 5 years focused on Estimating.4-year degree in a related field.Proficiency in Estimating software (Sage Estimating, Procore, E-Takeoff, Bluebeam, Revit/Navisworks are a plus).Experience in CM conceptual through 100% CD estimating, and competitive bid work.Experience in Commercial Construction, specifically Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, and Government projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsMulti-family project experience is a plus.Work Environment
This role is onsite in the office located in Orlando, Florida. The company offers a competitive salary and outstanding annual performance bonuses.
