All with the purpose of ensuring we meet social compliance, environmental sustainability & legislative requirements, industry initiatives and standards.
ETES is responsible for keeping an eye on Primark’s social and sustainability commitments as part of our Primark Cares strategy.
We’re a team of 130 colleagues working across more than 10 key sourcing markets. We work with our suppliers to ensure we meet social compliance, environmental sustainability requirements, legislative requirements, and industry initiatives and standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in risk assessment and reporting matters, ensuring functional compliance with Primark’s Global Social Audit Assurance Programme.

To assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures on annual risk assessment and reporting matters, under the guidance of Head of GAAPlay a key role in defining the requirements for the annual ethical risk assessment as well as incident-based risk assessments within ETES team.Play a key role in defining the reporting and legal compliance requirements within the ETES team and define how these impact the regional teams' activities.Identify risk and reporting related training and awareness needs and work with the regional leads to co-ordinate regional requirements, in collaboration with the Head of GAA.Develop and maintain dashboards to support the annual risk assessment process and reporting requirements in coordination with Central Support and Technology and Systems teams.Ensure operational procedures and guidance remain up to date, meet regulatory requirements and best practice benchmarks.Manage quarterly review process with regional teams, CS and CR hub documenting areas for development and agreed actions by each team and updating risk and reporting processes and performance accordingly.Assist in the ongoing monitoring of HRDD risks and any change in procedures due to changes in regional risk levels or legislation.Identify, report, and escalate risks/ issues with full support of Head of GAA to Regional teams, CR HubWhat You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years in an ESG (Social) analytics roleAbility to work with different stakeholders at peer and mid-senior level.Good understanding of HRDD legislation and guidance.Proficiency in social compliance and the management of processesAbility to use MS Office suite and the ability to design and develop reports.Ability to develop clear written procedures and narratives.Ready?
