Job Description:
We need a Lead ETL Developer with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS with 5 to 6 yrs experience
Develop and optimize SQL scripts for writing efficinet stored procedures
Participates in analysis, design, and SQL/SSIS/SSAS development as part of Agile / Scrum Develop Team
Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow/pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business data requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the entire team.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
Implement data quality checks and validation processes within ETL workflows.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and ETL jobs.
Participate in the design and maintenance of database schemas to support evolving business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation for database structures, ETL processes, and batch scheduling.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to ETL technologies.
Experince : 5 to 6 years
Relavant Expereince
SQL Server - 5 to 6 years - MUST
SSIS- 5 to 6 years - MUST
SSAS Server - 2 to 3 years
And Strong analytic and trouble shooting skills - MUST
Job Location: Any CGI Office (BLR/Chennai/HYD/Mum)
Skill set:
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft SSIS and SSAS
Proficiency in writing medium/complex SQL queries and stored procedures
Experience with Microsoft SSAS
Experience with Microsoft SSIS to manage ETL proceses.
Experience with Datawarehouse
Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytic and trouble shooting skills
What Would Be Nice to Have (optional):
Knowledge of ETL reconciliation /job scheduling
Knowledge of Denodo - data virtulations
Exposure to Control M - job scheduling tool
Exposure on Informatica BDM/MDM
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Data Intergration and Application Integration
Familiarity with data quality and governance best practices.
Proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new technologies.
Experience with DevOps Pipeline/GIT/Azure DevOps is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Performance tuning and optimization expertise.
Data modeling and database design experience.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Version control systems (e.g.Azure code repos/ Git).
