Job Description:
The position requires in-depth, hands-on experience with data warehouse ETL tools and technologies such as Ab Initio, Snowflake/Oracle, Control-M/Airflow, to support an ETL platform built on AWS. The role is part of the SIE PSS team that supports the current and next-generation warehouse platform to deliver a scalable, highly available operational warehouse platform to enable our customers and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with developers and architects to advise on ETL standards and best practices. Provide operational support for the mentioned tools and technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate actively with the onshore team. Work in an Agile environment to meet project milestones and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

Application Expertise:

Strong knowledge of ETL Architecture and development (Ab Initio preferred, Informatica is also acceptable). Expertise in Data Warehouse concepts and architecture. Strong SQL knowledge (Snowflake, Oracle, MySQL). Experience with Snowflake Warehouse (Snowpark, Snowpipe, Streamlit is a bonus). Operations Support experience with the above-mentioned applications. Willingness to work in UK shift timings.

Programming & Development Skills:

Good scripting skills (Unix, Python, etc.).

Project-Level Activities:

Ability to work closely with developers and architects to define best practices. Solid understanding of database architectures and data models. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Agile Methodology:

Exposure to working in an Agile project environment.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of AWS Cloud (S3, Lambda functions, etc.). Familiarity with AWS data services such as Lambda, EMT, Athena, Glue, Redshift, and Tableau.

Educational Qualifications:

      BE/BTech/BSc/MCA
