Position Summary
The Senior Event Planner will be responsible for designing, organizing, and executing high-end, personalized events tailored to the needs and preferences of private clients and the business. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from concept development to execution, and ensuring exceptional experiences aligning with Guardian strategic goals. Must have the ability to lead and participate within cross-functional project team(s) to deliver successful programs.
Specific responsibilities include pre-event planning, execution, and post-event logistics, such as:
Private Client Group Event experience preferred, including knowledge of current trends in luxury events, hospitality, and client services needed to create unique, memorable experiences that cater to a discerning clientele.Work closely with business partners to understand their vision, preferences, and objectives for events.Develop customized event concepts and design elements that align with client expectations and brand standards.Plan, organize, and execute all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and contract negotiations.Coordinate event details such as catering, entertainment, décor, audio-visual setups, transportation, and guest accommodations.Manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all details are on track and within client-approved guidelines.Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the planning process and during the event.Provide high-touch, personalized service to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.Respond promptly to client needs and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align event objectives
and ensure seamless execution.Oversee all aspects of the event on-site, managing staff, vendors, and logistics to ensure smoothoperations.Provide detailed reports on event outcomes, budgets, and client satisfaction.Handle additional responsibilities as part of the meetings & experiences team.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Requires in-depth and/expertise in Event Management, Private Client Group experience preferredRequires a minimum of 5 years’ luxury/event management planning experienceTravel
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events (up to 50%)Salary Range:
$80,940.00 - $132,975.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
