\nWhat will I be doing?\n

As Senior Events Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex events at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and client relationship management to ensure successful events from pre-planning through post-event follow-up. You will collaborate closely with the sales, catering, and operations teams to provide a seamless event experience for our clients.

Position Summary:

\n\nManage all aspects of event planning and coordination, ensuring high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases.\nServe as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support from initial consultation to event completion.\nWork closely with the Sales and Catering teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to event execution.\nCreate detailed event plans and communicate requirements to all relevant departments.\nOversee logistics for events, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all client expectations are met.\nMaximize event revenue by identifying upselling opportunities and offering enhancements to improve the event experience.\nConduct site inspections with potential clients and participate in the sales process as needed.\nLead the post-event evaluation process to capture client feedback and identify areas for improvement.\nMaintain and strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.\nRegularly attend sales and operations meetings to review upcoming events and align on goals and objectives. #LI-AT3\n
