Senior Events Project Manager

Through a mix of sound strategy, breakthrough creative and flawless execution, we create memorable trade show exhibits, live and virtual events, brand activations, retail stores, corporate environments and other immersive experiences that deepen relationships, inspire action, and build trust--and we do it all over the world. **Summary** The Project Manager works collaboratively across the enterprise as part of a multi-disciplinary team ensuring the successful, timely, and cost-effective implementation of global projects. With key involvement in pitches, proposals, and client meetings, you will provide dedicated project direction and see projects through from pitch-concept, delivery, and post event reporting. This position will support our EMEA Creative and Production teams. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office one day a week (typically Wednesdays) at our London location. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Full project oversight and ownership/accountability; ability to thrive and drive all live elements, including shell scheme and stand builds, graphics, fabrication, AV, electrics, feature areas, carpet and furniture. + Client management, project delivery and production led level of detail required. + Oversee set up and management of exhibitor services webshop, managing internal team to ensure high levels of communication and delivery as well as budget control. + Effective on-site management and leadership ensuring all partners work together effectively to produce a seamless event for all clients. + Provide project management through docs and processes (e.g., status updates, regular meetings). + Lead budget creation managing and briefing all required departments/disciplines. + Contributes fresh thinking to challenge the status quo and helps implement continuous improvement and best practices. **Education & Experience** + Event agency experience. + Experience in delivering multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail in dynamic environments. + Successful and demonstrable track record of managing high value P&L and maintaining margins. + Ability to think innovatively and creatively. + Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Communicates with confidence, able to effectively present information. + Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills. + Pragmatic and calm under pressure. + Able to work independently with minimal supervision. **Travel Requirements** Travel up to 25% **Diversity Commitment** At Freeman, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is helping us to create not only a great place to work, but also an environment where our employees, our customers and our communities around the world can reach their goals and connect with each other.
