POSITION SUMMARY:
The main responsibility of the Senior Executive, Marketing is to ensure the creation, development and execution of all design work and marketing initiatives of various brands are delivered within the corporate branding guidelines of Melco.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct, implement and execute related marketing programmes and functions.Approve the use of the Melco master and sub-brands for all communications materials.Solicit and prepare marketing plans by engaging with creative agencies and provide guidance on the Melco brand identities to all internal / external users.Support market research, analyses and reports with regards to related advertising and branding.Coordinate with external marketing partners such as advertising, public relations, media agencies, premium vendors & production houses to derive and achieve various marketing functions.Coordinate and monitor above-the-line advertising and below-the-line communications to ensure all collateral are accurate and delivered promptly.Provide all rounded support and regular updates to the key brand stakeholders including business units, branding, marketing communications, and third parties.Implement marketing projects as directed and other ad-hoc communication projects ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality and standards.Consolidate and compile post-marketing campaign analyses for management review.Adhere to all departmental and company-wide policies and procedures, including the implementation of initiatives and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Two or more solid years of related work experience.Previous experience and a good understanding of branding, brand development, management and the ability to apply branding principles to all marketing collateral.Experience of writing creative briefs and managing production processes from concept development to final product.Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or International StudiesSkills / Competencies
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.Confidence and professionalism when dealing with people on all levels.Competent computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.An excellent understanding of high-end brands and how to deliver design and art for aspirational lifestyle brands.Flexible in working hours.Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic.Passionate about their work and the role of branding to deliver success.Strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.Good written and verbal skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
