How are you making an impact? As a Senior Executive, Product Operations this is a cross-functional role designed to guarantee a successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle. Your primary goal will be to streamline processes around the products across the entire organization and therefore increasing efficiency. What will you be doing? You act with intellectual curiosity and analyse digital accounts in region-India, to determine the best approaches to customer engagement and be responsible for actively influencing customers by sharing frequent usage of products / contents Quickly learn the hierarchy, taxonomy, and other product related attributes as well as classifications to own error free communication of new products to customers both internal and external Close coordination with Portfolio, Content Development and Production teams to maintain essential product related information Tracking the accuracy and consistency of new product related information across systems which includes validation of critical fields like classification flags, price fixation, stock status, etc Deep dive analysis of product performance to help in product planning and development We are looking for someone having: A bachelor's degree +2 years of experience of frontline product operations role within the Ed Tech or Education or Publishing industry A must have experience in working on ERP tools, preferred IP1 Prior experience in mine data & review analytics on – MS EXCEL, MS ACCESS, MS PPT Why work with us?
