Senior Executive Administrative Analyst
Huntsville, AL, USA | Full Time Job Title: Senior Executive Administrative Analyst Location Huntsville, AL (On- Site) Canvas is seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative support to an integrated Government/Contractor team in S3I. Duties will include administrative support, project coordination, document management, event planning and research and analysis. Duties: + Provide comprehensive administrative support to an integrated Government/Contractor team in S3I + Effectively interact with Senior internal/external Army stakeholders and a diverse group of engineers and scientists + Assist in managing SES,PD,TD's and AD's calendars and scheduling meetings + Coordinate travel and create travel authorizations and vouchers for government Team (utilizing Defense Travel System) + Work with security officers to send visit requests for offsite meetings + Coordinate major events and onsite/virtual meetings, including IT support + Organize and maintain project documentation on multiple platforms + Assist in tracking the status of team tasks and staffing documents + Assist in generating products in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel + Assist with purchase requests, government property management and inventory + Coordinate travel and create travel authorizations and vouchers for government Team (utilizing Defense Travel System) + Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure all documentation complies with security protocols required by the Secret Clearance. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline + 10+ years of relevant work experience + Strong attention to detail + Effective Communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal + Strong Analytical skills and ability to interpret + Ability to work independently + Experience with DOD Support (desired) + Familiarity with military protocols and DoD administrative processes (desired) + Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities (desired) Security Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance About Us Founded in 2007, Canvas connects a passion for going beyond the expected with the knowledge and expertise to deliver what our clients need now and in the future.
