The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Administrator to support the National Leadership Command Capabilities (NLCC) Management Office (NMO) within the Office of the Chief Information Officer of the Defense. This position is located in the Pentagon.


Responsibilities:

Support the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and Records Management processes to include all aspects of mail operations and electronic workflow tools.Track status of NMO documents entered in the Washington Headquarters Services issuance process to ensure time completion of each stage of the process.Engage with DCIO/C3, as necessary, well in advance of the due date of a stage that is in jeopardy of not meeting the deadline.\\Provide oversight management for the scheduling activities of directorate principal; provide resourceful schedule information to office callers and visitors as requested.Coordinate, organize, advise, and de-conflict meeting appropriate.Support Senior Executive level calendar and appointment administration and ensure that background/read-a materials are prepared in support of upcoming meetings and activities.Provide communications support in the areas of Web management, SharePoint collaboration services, and other type documents sharing systems as well as maintaining organizational charts and directoriesProvide communications support in the areas of Web management, SharePoint collaboration services, and other type documents sharing systems as well as maintaining organizational charts and directoriesSupport all aspects of Voice and video conferencing including coordinating, scheduling, and equipment operation during meetingSupport the development and installation of physical and electronic filing systems as well as the maintenance, trans and disposition of recordsSupport scheduling and facilitation of on-site training requirements as well as processing training requests for formal off site training



Qualifications:

Required: 

Active TS/SCI security clearanceBachelor's degree or equivalent10+ years of related experiencePrior Pentagon experience (Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Service staffsPrior CATMS or TMT experienceComfortable interacting with senior-level officials

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
