Responsibilities include managing calendars and meeting schedules, reviewing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports and presentations, and organizing, prioritizing and coordinating workflow. Anticipates needs and gathers facts and information for use in discussions and meetings.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent educ/experience 6 years of recent administrative experience supporting a high-level executive in a major organization.Preferred Qualifications:
