Responsibilities
This position administratively supports a Wipfli Partner who is on the Board of Directors and leads Client Advisory Services Growth, as well as the Client Advisory Services Growth team. The position is 100% in person in our Naperville, IL office.
Responsibilities:
+ Act as a strategic advisor; anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure the Partner's time, attention, and energy are focused and organized
+ Manage a complex and ever-changing schedule, prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment and ensuring effective organization
+ Maintain and update client databases (e.g. Microsoft D365, Workday) to ensure an accurate record of client information and leads
+ Act as a resource for a team of associates by managing communications and coordinating resources to ensure a timely response to prospects
+ Plan and coordinate travel, internal team meetings, and events, including preparation of agendas and materials, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
+ Review interim/draft proposals and final deliverables to ensure compliance with proofing standards and reporting templates
+ Assist team leaders prepare for meetings by preparing reports from existing dashboards and drafting presentations to enable business development activities
+ Serve as a liaison between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders, providing seamless communication and follow-up
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
+ Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
+ 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or directly and administratively supporting senior leadership in a professional services environment
+ Project management experience and high ability to collaborate
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
+ Previous experience utilizing a customer relationship management solution (such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) is preferred
+ Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while handling multiple projects at once, assigned from multiple people
+ High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
+ Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
+ Ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative with minimal oversight

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000-89,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
