Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Sales Event Management

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end sales event & trips management including but not limited to advertising, publicity, sourcing/administration of sales promotional items and operational tasks related to sales events & incentive trips.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage & handle projects, events & trips planning, preparation & arrangements end-to-end within allocated budget and timeline. Handle event communication & promotion including but not limited to planning & executing on marketing and promotional strategies to attract attendees and promote the event. Handle operational, logistic and administrative functions including registration, audio & visuals & etc to ensure projects/events are delivered efficiently. Manage & liaise with internal & external parties including vendors, partners, stakeholders & etc to ensure the event communication and planning is smooth. To travel on-site for event coordination or inspection to oversee all aspects of the event to ensure smooth running of event. Handle and monitor the event process & progress of all orders with timeliness and accuracy including identify the shortcomings problems and propose improvements. Liaise with creative/ production house on the concept & design, layout, copy writing, proof reading of content and quality assure for artworks, event & marketing materials including but not limited to advertisement/posters/souvenir booklet/social media postings/video content & etc. Manage event budget and negotiation with vendors to ensure expenses incurred are within budget. Source and monitor the promotional items to support the sales and recruitment activities. Ensure all process compliance to relevant Company’s policy and procedures. Any other duties as and when deem necessary.

 

Key Requirements

With at least 2-3 years experience in events management Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field Event planning and organisational skills Great communication and problem solving skills Customer service centricity Negotiation and budgeting Creativity and multi-tasking Leadership and passion for planning Tech savvy Commitment and dedication, willingness to learn
