The Regional Executive Team Coordinator is responsible for organizing daily/weekly/monthly work, projects deadlines and deliverables to facilitate goal achievement for their assigned executive. Drawing on excellent written and verbal skills as well as expert-level technical skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other office software tools, delivers high quality presentations and reports with minimal direction. Facilitates MS Teams meetings and seminars and provides technical support as needed. Expertly synthesizes meeting and other data to determine next steps and follow ups and acts as "project manager" to ensure follow through with minimal direction. Assumes responsibility for efficient calendar management and administrative functions to support assigned executives. Acts as part of a cohesive and flexible team to support the Executive Admin Team.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Completion of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (year per year substitute) 6 years of related complex/high level administrative support experience. 1 year of Project coordination or management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint).Why Join Providence?
