About the team
Our team plays a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
What you’ll own:
Comprehensive Support: Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and conference calls for executives, ensuring seamless communication and effective time management.
High-Level Administrative Duties: Oversee meeting planning, coordination of agendas, and management of confidential tasks that align with Worldpay’s strategic goals.
Collaboration and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with other Executive Assistants and key stakeholders, acting as a "gatekeeper" to facilitate smooth interactions and uphold trust with the senior leadership.
Proactive Initiative: Anticipate business needs and provide informed insights to senior leaders, ensuring timely responses and efficient completion of tasks. Analyze diverse problems, requiring initiative and independent judgment.
Communications and Documentation: Edit and distribute materials, manage internal communications, and ensure clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
What you bring:
8+ years of professional experience working with senior-level executives within and outside the company.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in preparing reports and handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision.
Advanced role reporting to a Corporate Officer.
Handle complex tasks and projects with a high degree of risk.
