Looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to the People & Culture (P&C) Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Partner (BP) Lead that can help further SAP’s mission and can support the culture we want to maintain at this great company.
You will support the P&C GTM BP Lead in managing and running the daily business operations of this global executive’s office. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you are a key success enabler and backbone to ensure a smooth and outcome-driven working environment for the GTM BP Lead and their leadership team, with strong alignment across the P&C board area, and key executives across other SAP board areas and Executive Board Members.
We Are Looking For a Committed And Passionate Colleague To Support Our Team With a Strong Focus On The Following Activities
Executive’s day-to-day calendar management: manage incoming meeting requests, schedule meetings with internal and external participation in close alignment with other executive assistants as well as the offices of the participants; ensure your executive is appropriately prepared, monitor responses from participants; resolve meeting conflicts. Domestic and international business trip arrangements including flight, hotel, and transfer bookings, reservations, etc. Virtual and onsite team event (get-togethers/offsites/workshops) organization: locations, agenda, activities. General administrative tasks, such as purchasing, expense management, etc. Periodic preparation and follow up of meetings including taking meeting minutes. Admin support for new starters into the team to include ordering of equipment and monitoring induction. Central contact and all other ad-hoc support as needed by GTM Lead and his/her team. Resolving issues with some complexity with limited guidance Developing collaborative work relationships within own team and cross-functional Supporting internal projects, including decision taking within clearly defined framework of guidelines and practices Supporting knowledge sharing within the team and prepares decision taking Proactive and able to identify and solve problems Managing reporting activities on behalf of manager Strong collaborative team atmosphere in conjunction with other executive assistants
YOUR PROFILE
5-7 years relevant working experience, ideally as an EA in a fast-paced environment such as a technology company or related industry. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal. The reliable and trustworthy work attitude of high integrity, especially being able to handle confidential information. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work independently, proactively, and as a team player, being a “roll up your sleeves” contributor. Good knowledge of communication and presentation tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Ability to host virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams and Zoom utilizing collaboration features such as breakout groups and whiteboarding Experience working in a global organization and coordinating across multiple time zones preferred.
LOCATION
Must be located in the Eastern Time. Hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite required for collaboration.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 89,600 - 191,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
