**Job Summary:**
The Senior Executive - Communications (Arabic), within the Lifestyle Marketing & Communication department, is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) and its communities to Arabic-speaking audiences. This role focuses on showcasing the lifestyle offerings, events, and community spirit through engaging content, managing media relations, coordinating community outreach activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all Arabic communication channels. The Senior Executive will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with Arabic-speaking residents, stakeholders, and media, contributing to the overall marketing and communication objectives of the department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Content Creation (Arabic):** Develop and write high-quality, lifestyle-focused Arabic content for various communication channels, including press releases, website articles, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, event materials, and marketing campaigns. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, culturally relevant, and aligned with the department's marketing strategies.
+ **Media Relations (Arabic):** Build and maintain relationships with Arabic media outlets and journalists, specifically those covering lifestyle, community events, and related topics. Pitch stories, respond to media inquiries, and coordinate media interviews. Monitor Arabic media coverage and analyze its effectiveness in promoting DHCM's lifestyle offerings.
+ **Community Engagement (Arabic):** Plan and execute community outreach activities targeted at Arabic-speaking residents, focusing on lifestyle events, programs, and initiatives. Organize events, workshops, and other activities to foster community spirit and promote DHCM's lifestyle offerings.
+ **Social Media Management (Arabic):** Manage DHCM's Arabic social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging, lifestyle-focused content, monitoring conversations, and responding to comments and inquiries.
+ **Translation & Adaptation:** Translate and adapt English communication materials related to lifestyle and community events into Arabic, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Proofread and edit Arabic content to maintain high quality.
+ **Internal Communications (Arabic):** Develop and disseminate internal communications to Arabic-speaking employees within the Lifestyle Marketing & Communication department and other relevant teams, keeping them informed about campaigns, events, and initiatives.
+ **Brand Management (Arabic):** Ensure consistent use of DHCM's brand guidelines and messaging, particularly related to lifestyle and community, across all Arabic communication platforms.
+ **Reporting & Analysis:** Track and analyze the effectiveness of Arabic communication campaigns related to lifestyle and community engagement, providing regular reports on key metrics and making recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Proven experience (typically [Number] years) in communications, public relations, or marketing, with a focus on Arabic-speaking audiences and ideally within a lifestyle or community-focused context.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
+ Strong understanding of the Arabic media landscape and cultural sensitivities.
+ Proficiency in creating engaging, lifestyle-focused content for various platforms.
+ Experience in media relations and community engagement, particularly related to lifestyle and events.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced marketing environment.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media management tools.
+ Fluency in English is often preferred.
