Senior/ Executive (CRM)

The Role
Build CRM campaigns within the selected CRM platform to achieve markets business objectives.
Collaborate with markets to:
1. Build the campaign / journey within the CRM platform.
2. Optimise mechanics of an integrated marketing campaign
3. Co-ordinate with markets on making the relevant data sets available for campaign building.

Key accountabilities

Marketing
• Execute marketing campaign in alignment to marketing strategies, operational plans, and budgets.

Strategic
• Manage pre-campaign testing plans to gauge deliverability. A/B testing of the campaigns and refine plans basis learnings.
• Collaborate with the SEO/SEM, email marketing, web-targeting & backlink for tagging and tracking.

Activation
• Create and build engagement journeys based on available data, from acquisition to reactivation, in order to support "Always On" engagements via different channels.
• Co-ordinate with markets on making the relevant data sets available for campaign building. (through integration or batch loads).
• Collaborate with markets to deliver marketing collateral and content (such as videos and editorials).

Monitor and tracking
• Campaign performance and effectiveness in accordance with the aligned measures to further refine action plans
• Analyse data to develop and document recommendations for improvement in future marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Experience
Degree in min 1 year experience
Understanding of CRM platform / concepts
