**Overview**
The Martech Data Analyst focuses on analyzing and interpreting data to improve marketing performance and customer experiences (CX). This role integrates customer journey mapping, A/B testing, and personalization into analytical workflows. Proficiency in martech tools like CDPs (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP), CRMs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), and advanced analytics platforms is essential. Coding and SQL skills are preferred for data extraction and manipulation.
**Responsibilities**
**Data Analysis & Insights**
+ Analyze customer and campaign data to uncover insights that improve lifecycle marketing and CX.
+ Provide actionable recommendations for personalization strategies by segmenting customer data.
**Journey Mapping & Touchpoint Evaluation**
+ Work with teams to map customer journeys and evaluate touchpoints using data-driven insights.
+ Maintain dashboards to track lifecycle KPIs and CX metrics such as NPS and engagement rates.
**A/B Testing & Personalization**
+ Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, UX, and customer interactions.
+ Leverage tools like Adobe Target or Optimizely to measure the impact of personalization initiatives.
**Data Integration & Quality Assurance**
+ Collaborate with martech teams to ensure accurate data flows between CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools.
+ Use platforms like Tableau or Power BI to create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
**Coding & Advanced Analytics (Preferred)**
+ Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases for in-depth analysis.
+ Optional but advantageous: experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.
**Reporting & Visualization**
+ Present findings and actionable insights through clear, concise dashboards and reports.
+ Use visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate data trends effectively.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing context.
+ Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics,
+ Understand martech systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform).
+ Preferred: Coding skills (Python, R) and SQL proficiency for advanced analytics tasks.
