Directing all financial operations and implementing policies and strategies for the finance department. Leading the internal audit functions to review all financial systems, controls and procedures. Handling financial forecasting and risk analysis, whilst seeking out methods and practices to minimize financial risk to the company. Coordinating with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, bankers, and other regulatory bodies. Directing and managing company's taxation affairs to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
