Oversee the whole process of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the company. Ensure the company's financial reports comply with state and federal regulations and remain up to date on any changes to regulations that may affect the company. Work with the management team to co-ordinate and formulate financial strategic plans. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements including profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Management team. Engage with Senior Management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections. Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company assets and to ensure that company records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Manage and analyze budget and data reports, making recommendations on budget enhancements and reductions. Maintain positive relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and so on, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the financial sector. Develop financial and tax strategies, manage capital request and budgeting processes. Conduct risk management by analyzing organization's liabilities and investments, also evaluate, advise on and approve contracts and cost-effective strategies. Oversee and mentor the finance department team, promoting professional growth and continuous learning. Performed ad hoc financial analysis and completed special projects as requested by senior management.
