We are seeking a dynamic and organized Senior HR and Admin Executive to join our team to provide high-level administrative and HR support and oversee various office functions at our Pune Office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions and administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a combination of HR expertise, administrative skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.Responsibilities: Human Resources: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns.
Administrative: Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when necessary.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Compliance and Documentation: Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, records, and documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR and administrative policies.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other employee perks.
Collaborate with external vendors for benefits management.
