In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Understand the position specific requirements and create the recruitment plan accordingly Employ appropriate ways to attract the right talent and identify potential candidates through online databases like Naukri, LinkedIn, Emerson career page etc. Reaching out to candidates and maintaining a candidate database for current & future references. Conducting initial screening and validation of the candidate profiles and coordinating further for interviews. Managing the IJP applications and referrals appropriately. Communicating and coordinating with consultants as and when required Campus hiring- Coordination, as required Participating in the Offer process Effective end to end utilization of Oracle Cloud Recruiting (OCR) Regular follow up with the candidates till joining Prepare and report various hiring dashboards, as required Assisting in data analysis and reporting. Monitor external sources/competition for industry insights to stay ahead Working on various projects, as required Contribute to strong employer branding

For This Role, You Will Need:
Clear understanding of the Job roles/JDs
Good hands-on experience of using various job portals
Ability to handle large no of requirements
Handling sensitive and confidential situations/information appropriately to maintain strict confidentiality, as required
Strong interpersonal & Networking skills
Effective time management to meet the targets on time
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (viz. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
MBA in Human Resource with relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in Non IT domain.
