BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As the Sr Mgr Sr Exec Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily production of news programming during your assigned shift. You will lead and supervise a team of shift managers, producers, writers, reporters, technical staff, and other production staff to ensure that each news story goes from concept to air. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the editorial and production values of news programming meet Spectrum Networks' high standards and drive viewership, grow the audience, and strengthen the brand. You’ll make data-informed decisions about what’s resonating to connect our audience with the stories that matter.

Required Qualifications
Experience:Management experience - 3+ years, experience as a senior or unit producer at a news station - 5+ yearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in journalismTechnical skills:Ability to work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectivesSkills:Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbilities: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization, ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations, ability to work under time pressure deadlinesTravel Ability: Must be open to travel to discover the important stories in your neighborhood and willing to interact with the community Schedule: Ability to work various shifts, longer shifts, weekends and holidays, and be flexible with schedule changes due to "breaking news", and/or severe weather emergenciesWrite and speak Spanish fluentlyPreferred Qualifications:

The base pay for this position generally is between $96,300.00 and $205,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
