**About the team:** (TE)
**About the role:**
This role is responsible for executing and delivering the manufacturing activities in unit with the objective of achieving established production specifications and schedule with respect to volume, cost, wastage targets, employee safety and quality standards delivery schedules
**Role Responsibilities:**
1 **Production**
**•** Implement Production Schedule as per the plan
• Achieve Order Execution & Annual Production Plan via resource optimization
• Monitor line-wise production output
• Report any production-related issues and take corrective actions
• Ensure production activities such as packing, sealing, filling, machine operation etc. are smooth with product quality as per standards and on time production
• Entering & Maintain production data in SAP
• Adherence to procedures w.r.t. safety, quality, environment& security standards of the Company• Plan Vs Actual
• Delivery Reliability
• No. of overdue orders
• Man-hours lost
• Adherence to Inventory Levels
• No of Stoppages
2 **Resource & Materials Management**
**•** Report resource capacity and need for allocation
• Follow-up with material department for low stock items
• Report status on materials efficiency
• Accuracy
• Adherence to Timelines
3 **Productivity Management**
**•** Co-ordinate for production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules
• Update and maintain production, maintenance and malfunction records
• Implement recommend solutions to resolve identified problems to improve performance
• Motion, method & time study to reduce manpower to the optimum • Productivity Index
• Plan Vs Actual
4 **Continuous Improvement**
**•** Implement corrective & preventive actions planned
• Ensure production /material flow /housekeeping & conformance to Health & Safety & Environment standards, Quality Management as per plan
• Participate in regular meetings, shop rounds to ensure compliance of factory rules/ standards set for Industrial safety, Environment System to meet Quality & business standards.
• Co-ordinate with Maintenance executive as per plan (to reduce down time)
• Engage, guide and train workmen to ensure production delivery is not impacted
• Out of box idea to innovate or adopt methodology to reduce utility consumption
• Conducting daily shopfloor tool box talks on safety, quality & productivity improvement• Plan Vs Actual
• OQI
• Audit reports

**Experience / skills required:**
Qualification: • B Sc/ BE /B Tech; Optional - MBA (Operations Management)/ Bottling Operations
Experience: • 0 -7 years in Alco-Bev or FMCG industry
Knowledge & skills: • Knowledge on production / bottling operations
• Basic working Knowledge of Quality management
• Knowledge of bottling operations preferred
