Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Job Overview** The Senior Executive Search Partner will own the hiring of senior level executives (Vice President and above) and will partner with the business strategically and as a consultant to source, attract and secure the best talent both internally and externally. Implementing and leading executive searches you will deliver an outstanding relationship with candidates, internal and external clients while ensuring a focus on building talent pipelines and communities. Developing creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of talent, you will be an authority on external market talent trends and bring new insights to support the business needs. In addition to identifying talent for our most critical roles you’ll help shape a best in-class executive search function. Reporting to the Global Executive Search Director, this role will lead searches globally with the majority within the US. **Responsibilities:** + Serve as trusted advisor to executive leaders, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders on executive recruitment strategy. + Manage the end-to-end recruiting process across a complex and matrixed organization. + Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a diverse network of talent for current and future leadership roles. + Deliver relationship management strategies with high-potential talent to accurately represent company leadership positions in the marketplace. + Will work closely with Executive Search and Talent Acquisition colleagues to design a best-in-class in-house search process, including evaluation of technology, tools and search firm partners. + Review and manage executive search firms. + Will provide mentoring and guidance to others on the team **Requirements:** + Extensive search experience within a retained search firm and/or part of an in-house executive search team. + Experience recruiting across multiple functional disciplines. + Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills, to work with executive level stakeholders from a diverse set of backgrounds. + Experience writing candidate summaries and developing search update reports to senior leadership. + Ability to negotiate complex compensation packages. + Proven problem solver with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. + Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management abilities. + Experience with Candidate Relationship Management platform and Workday would be a plus.
