Role: Senior Analyst, Data Analytics and Digitization Location: Mumbai This position will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of supply chain planning and the development of digitization roadmap to enable the CMD Supply Chain achieve its business objectives of growth, cost/complexity reduction, and business transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain, to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making to streamline our planning processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall supply chain performance through the implementation of digital tools and technologies. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for supply chain planning digitization, in alignment with the company's overall digitization strategy. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing planning processes, identify pain points, and define digitization opportunities. 3. Lead the evaluation of digital tools and technologies to support supply chain planning activities, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply network planning. 4. Drive the implementation and integration of selected digital solutions, working closely with IT teams and external vendors. 5. Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure accurate and reliable planning data, including data cleansing, harmonization, and integration. 6. Provide training and support to supply chain planning teams to enable them to effectively use and leverage digital tools and technologies. 7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the digitized supply chain planning processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain planning digitization, identifying potential opportunities for innovation within our organization. **Qualifications** Qualifications: 1. MBA/master’ s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field 2. Proven experience in supply chain planning, ideally with exposure to digitization initiatives. 3. Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling. 4. Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in supply chain planning, such as advanced analytics, Power BI, tableau, RPA, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. 5. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing digital transformation projects. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
