Join the NA Marketing team to help amplify Maserati and deliver results that drive growth in the marketplace working for the Director of N.A. Marketing in alignment with the Global Headquarters Marketing team. Experiential Marketing will lead the strategy, development, and execution of immersive and impactful brand experiences that drive customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires a creative and strategic leader with a deep understanding of experiential marketing trends, event planning, and customer experience strategies.

Develop and execute the experiential marketing strategy aligned with the overall brand and business objectives. Develop KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of experiential marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and enhance experiential marketing strategies. Ensure all experiential marketing efforts are designed to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal/external agencies, partners, and stakeholders (leadership and dealers) that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation. Create briefs for agencies and manage support for Tier 2 & 3 grassroots events in partnership with dealers. Lead and manage the experiential team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of events, activations, and experiential campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and high impact. Manage budgets for experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI tracking. Work closely with other departments, including Media, Creative, CRM, Analytics, and Product teams, to ensure a unified brand message. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute high-quality events. Collaborate with leaders on post-event evaluation, including lessons learned, objectives, and future considerations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree 6+ years of work experience in Experiential Marketing, or related field, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role Strong and thoughtful approach to issues, challenges and problems always keeping the consumer at the center or priorities Proven track record of working highly-collaboratively and cross-functionally, investing in relationships across diverse brand, creative, business, media, and technical teams. Skilled at leading teams both directly and indirectly in a highly matrixed environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including concepting and delivering presentations on complex business issues required Previous experience with managing experiential budgets and having a proven record of delivering against sharp KPIs, revenue goals, and return on spend Strong analytical skills & comfort with getting your “hands dirty” diving deep into the numbers. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & experiential marketing optimization required Strong organizational skills and the ability to align resources, establish priorities and maintain extreme attention to detail through superior team management and interpersonal skills Can build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the company.
