We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as HR Strategy Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team and drive the success of our organization through innovative and forward-thinking HR strategies. The HR Strategy & Consulting team has a joint responsibility for the following areas:

Ensure the business, its requirements, and development are at the heart of everything HR doesContribute to the development of an agile functional strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and takes note of important market and HR trendsSteer yearly strategic planning and execution and create milestone transparency  towards the HR community, e.g. through HR portfolio process and HR financesAccompany and add to HR's continued ambition to be the people’s peopleProvide consulting on must-win HR projects (strategic/ continuous improvement/ transformation) and on topics that require central guidance and leadership by working as a trusted partner of the HR communityCollaborate cross-functionally and beyond to deliver high quality content for executive briefings and presentationsMeasure functional success through meaningful KPIs, anticipate trends and propose related actions

 

This role offers the flexibility to be operated from various locations across Europe.

 

Who you are:

Bachelor or higher academic degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years experience in strategic management consultancyIdeally a good understanding of HR best practices and trendsProven track record of driving large scale, complex projects in an international contextAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organizationProven track record of both analytical and conceptual thinking and working in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsHigh level of integrity and accountability
