Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while addressing customer needs. Manage the development, enhancement, and optimization of IAM solutions within customer environments. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM-related requests and issues. Implement and maintain user authentication, authorization, and provisioning processes. Integrate and configure IAM solutions such as One Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager. Work with Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange for seamless identity management. Support REST/SOAP-based integrations and JSON-based data exchange. Conduct database management using MS SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. Lead IAM security best practices, ensuring secure identity governance and administration (IGA). What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM, IGA, or IDM solutions. Strong expertise in .Net and/or Java development. Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and programming (OOP). Hands-on experience with web-based technology installation and configuration. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange organization. Strong proficiency in MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and database design/administration. Experience integrating IAM solutions with REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs. Preferred experience with One Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Job Function Software & Cloud
