As a Senior Expert Service Management, you are part of the Compliance & Data Quality Team within the global IT Infrastructure Organization. In this role you are responsible for all activities related to Infrastructure Service Management. You will closely collaborate with various IT and IT-I units and be responsible for implementing programs and initiatives that drive improvements to the Service Management Process. In addition, you will oversee the Infrastructure Service Portfolio including Service Level Agreements and push for better data quality. A mindset of automation and continuous improvement is essential in this role.

 

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a related fieldStrong track of record of managing Infrastructure Service Portfolio and Service Level AgreementsProven Expertise (5+ years) in operational governance of IT Infrastructure Service ManagementProven track record of proactively driving process improvements and automationsAbility foster collaboration across various organizational unitsGood understanding of the overall IT-I Service PortfolioExperience in Project Management, LEAN or AgileExperience in Service Now or similar toolsExperience in reporting and analytics“Can-do” mindset and strong willingness to continuously develop and grow
