What we need to see from you Key Responsibilities: Azure Expertise: Lead the flawless design, development, and implementation of Azure solutions, ensuring high standards of security, compliance, and performance. Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings to determine requirements, present solutions, provide training, and ensure seamless project handovers. Integration: Collaborate with various teams to incorporate Azure services across client environments, improving overall system efficiency and security. Solution Design: Develop and maintain detailed technical designs, solution documentation, operational guides, and test plans. Project Delivery: Successfully implement projects within set timelines and budgets, maintaining the highest quality standards. Complete proofs of concept to validate proposed Azure solutions and demonstrate their value to clients. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Azure technology to deliver innovative solutions. Project Prioritisation: Break down complex technical issues to prioritise projects accurately based on client needs and potential benefits. Job Requirements: Experience: Proven track record with 5+ years in Azure implementations, data governance, identity management, or cybersecurity. Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a bonus. Technical Skills (Required): Azure Solutions: Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, identity management, and access control. Security Standards: Deep understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Kerberos. Comprehensive knowledge of compliance frameworks and data protection regulations. Information Protection: Expertise in data classification and protection mechanisms within Azure. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, SC-400, SC-101, AZ-500). Technical Skills (Preferred): Security Monitoring: Proficiency in Azure security monitoring and operations. Privileged Access Management: Experience in securing privileged accounts within Azure. Data Security: Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention and Protection techniques. Soft Skills: Approach: Demonstrated experience in a consultancy role with a focus on client happiness and solution delivery. Communication: Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Analytical Thinking: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
