As a Senior Fabrications Welder, you will be at the forefront of creating and joining metal structures using advanced techniques. Your expertise will be critical in shaping new components that align with technical plans while maintaining high-quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Master the art of fabricating metal structures by cutting, welding, and assembling materials to precision.

Execute tasks with excellence, adhering to Standard Work procedures, and ensuring top-notch quality in everything you do.

Quickly identify and report out-of-standard or nonconforming conditions to your Team Lead or Supervisor.

Collaborate with your team to identify and eliminate waste in the workflow, improving efficiency.

Contribute innovative ideas to improve safety, quality, and throughput, while fostering a positive team dynamic.

Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S methodology.

Continuously enhance your skills, adapting to new tasks and tools as required.

Operate MIG, STICK, TIG, and FLUX core welding equipment with precision and efficiency, taking pride in training others to do the same.

Troubleshoot issues and participate in problem-solving processes to improve the workflow.

Requirements:

5-7 years of welding experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in English (reading and writing).

Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Windows.

Strong math skills and proficiency in using measurement tools such as rulers, scales, calipers, and tape measures.

Skilled in using hand tools like wire strippers, pliers, and wrenches.

Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel for extended periods, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Sharp vision, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
