Senior Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking a 1st shift Senior Facilities Coordinator I; this position will report to the Director of Commercial Site Services. This position is primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of Facilities/Lab Maintenance. Support development and maintenance of procedures and practices associated with the operation & maintenance of equipment & utility systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Coordinate Facilities projects with end users to minimize business impacts + Work with vendors to schedule work based on business needs + Ensure proper documentation is received following project completion + Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion and deadlines are met + Collaborate with Facilities Business Operations to ensure budget conformity + Assist the maintenance team, to meet technical, budget, and schedule + Prepare scopes of work, RFP’s, and cost + Partner with Facilities Logistics team in identification and management of related service providers. + Complete work requests, ensuring status updates and completion communications are provided to appropriate lab + Update PM + Enforce compliance with health and safety policies and procedures based on regulatory guidance . + Support analysis, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of equipment in a prompt manner that will minimize production + Escort vendors on-site for repairs and maintenance + Input of documentation into the CMMS system (BMRAM) + 1st shift 8am-4:30pm will be required work shift Minimum Requirements: + 1-3 years of maintenance experience within a Pharma/Biotech organization, or an equivalent combination of education and + Basic understanding of electricity, electrical + Knowledge of lab operations responsibilities, systems, and + Ability to work with minimal + Available to travel on a minimal + Understanding of cGMP, + Working knowledge of Lockout Tag-out (LOTO) + Working knowledge of Facility Monitoring and Building Management + Demonstrated ability to learn and apply various business practices, and able to quickly become adept at using the Blue Mountain RAM – + Willingness to think outside of the box, while adapting best practices in a growing + A record of safe operations and working knowledge of safety standards for plant Employment Type Full time Compensation $50-53/hr
