Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will provide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) administration and support for the start-up and continued operations of the site. During construction phase: + Focus year’s 1 & 2 will be to partner with the Capital Project Delivery and Site Operations team in establishing and administrating the Work Order process utilizing the CMMS. + Support implementation and execution of the Asset Maintenance Management program in a CMMS administration role concurrent with the team commissioning and qualifying assets (equipment and systems) at the site. Post Construction completion and continued operations: + Collaborate across-site business units in matters regarding the Work Order process and documentation. + Align with stakeholders to review work scope, rationale, approvals, changes to appropriate equipment/systems and re-qualification activities. Administer and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database for applicable area(s). + Schedule and facilitate regular Work Order processing meetings to ensure timely and orderly flow of Work Orders. + Interface with Work Order Requestor to assure their awareness of all Work Order activity of change control impact, where applicable. + Compile all Work Order related documentation and send the package to the appropriate area. + Produce accurate regular and/or ad hoc CMMS activity reports/data analysis required to manage operations. + Participate and respond to regulatory and other audits. Orient and train other Work Order Administrators/Coordinators in data entry, file maintenance, and other daily tasks. + Develop and conduct Work Order process training for Work Order system users. + Assist Planner and Schedulers in documentation support. + Verify analytical data, conduct periodic audits, revise documents, troubleshoot and recommend solutions to problems. + SharePoint portals and workflow design and management + Create complex presentation materials and spreadsheets, may participate in the presentation of completed projects. **What we expect of you** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The coordination professional we seek is a expert with these qualifications. **Basic Qualifications:** + High school/GED and 2 years CMMS work experience OR + Associate’s and 6 months CMMS work experience OR + Bachelor’s **Preferred Qualifications:** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
