The Senior Facilities Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Enterprise FM team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing documentation, procurement, and communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality service and aligning with broader facilities strategies.

This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA in accordance with company policy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for Enterprise FM initiatives, including documentation, reporting, and SOP development.Manage procurement processes, budget tracking, and invoice processing to support strategic and day-to-day operations.Coordinate meetings and communications across internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment.Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership visibility and decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Real Estate, and Sustainability to drive efficiency and alignment.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate Real Estate and Facilities.Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Proven ability to handle confidential information and support cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in budgeting, financial tracking, and tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, and ServiceChannel.Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with facilities and real estate trends and ability to provide data-driven insights.

Flexible work options: remote or on-site at Newport News, VA headquarters.Occasional travel may be required.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
