Responsibilities:Coordinate and lead all aspects of facility maintenance and operations to ensure a flawless working environment.Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to support high-tech manufacturing processes.Lead and mentor a team of facility professionals to achieve ambitious operational goals.Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations strictly.Lead all aspects of the Facility Management & Control System, ensuring compliance with IS14001 EMS standards.Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) to determine potential risks and successfully implement mitigation strategies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, striving to achieve outstanding results.Develop and strictly enforce EHS protocols to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.Minimum of 20 years of strong experience in high-tech manufacturing environment.Proven ability to successfully implement facility maintenance and operation strategies.Outstanding leadership and team management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Experience with innovative facility management technologies and balanced practices.Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with local and international EHS regulations.Join us at Micron, where your contributions will help craft the future of technology.
