Here is some of what you will do:

Develop and sustain a high-quality, well-motivated, and engaged Facilities and Soft Services team.Provide oversight of Facilities and Soft Services program deliveryDevelop and implement a staffing plan for Facilities and Soft Services ensuring proper distribution of resources including response to urgent or emergencies.Provide regional oversight of CMMS ensuring compliance with KPIs, team compliance with policy and procedure, and ease of client usability. Partner with Technology to advise of system needs and functionality.Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance programs.Act as health and safety champion for designated region leading program creation, training, compliance, and driving culture of safety.Monitor systems supporting the facility and the facility’s critical operations at a regional level.Own strategic planning ensuring utilization of industry and JLL best practices, consistency amongst sites, and documentationProvides training and support aimed at expanding the capabilities of the JLL staffEstablish self as the internal “go-to” for team members needing support in service delivery, management of outside contractors, and project delivery.Conflict resolution and solution analysis; identifying or partnering with other internal areas to deliver more specialized service to the client.Drive implementation of best practices and innovative cost-reduction programs in all facilities by recommending operational efficiencies resulting in cost savings or increased productivity.Provide contract compliance management and quality control.Maintain compliance with site Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Levels on Quality, Financial, Operational, and Strategic metrics.  Responsible for process compliance and documentation related to a variety of internal audits. Preparation of regular ad-hoc and recurring reports

Here is who we are looking for:

Required

5+ years of multi-building facilities management and managing multiple direct reports.Vendor performance management and experience with budgets and variables.Advanced experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases

Preferred

A bachelor's degreeLEED, CFM, BOMA, CPM, or other Commercial Real Estate related designation

Schedule Monday - Friday day shift with on-call 24/7.

Pay $125,000-140,000 with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

125,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
