**The Opportunity**
+ Work on a premium new commercial asset for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.
+ Work within a climate active carbon neutral building, creating a new benchmark in workplace experience including high quality facilities and innovative technology
+ Ensure a smooth transition from development to practical completion including DLP and post DLP stage.
+ Assist with managing any integrated fitouts during DLP
+ Provide support across procurement, ESG, WHS and asset technology
+ To support the property teams through operational and facilities management delivery and advice

**About you**
+ A senior FM with experience across the development/commissioning of an asset and managing Defect Liability stages
+ Experienced in working within premium commercial assets
+ Able to work autonomously whilst managing one other - build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders
+ Experience in contractor management in the commercial environment
+ Experience managing top tier tenants in a premium office tower
