**What is the job about?**
In Indjija, you will join our Group Facility Real Estate and Space Management department.
As a team member, you’ll drive real estate managements projects globally in Grundfos Group with the aim to optimize and develop the value and performance of our facilities according to business demand and regulations. Including good financial management, professional knowledge and validated data to achieve a professional and updated real estate portfolio in Grundfos.
Your main responsibilities:
+ Actively facilitate projects and project management for the Real Estate property portfolio in Grundfos in Europa, Americas and Asia.
+ Identify needs and analyze existing owned and rented facilities to optimize and develop them in close collaboration with local users.
+ Prepare Business Cases and create clarity about financial consequences for Grundfos.
+ Act as Grundfos Key account to landlords, brokers and partners.
+ Secure and maintain a complete global overview of all buildings, lease contracts and data.
+ Support Grundfos facilities in a way to maintain their value, align their performance with business demand and industry best practice.
**Your background**
+ B.Sc. degree with 6-8 years of experience from a global, complex organization with large number of stakeholders within relevant Real Estate industry, i.e. Finance, building development, Real Estate management, construction industry and brokerage
+ Financial knowledge in creating overview, business cases and reporting
+ Project managements skills
+ Experience in working with global users and partners on Real Estate projects
+ Fluent in English
+ Expect up to 20 travelling days a year.
