Location: Kestel,Bursa Type of contract: Permanent **As a Senior Factory Quality Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;** + Quality strategy: Cascade the global & zone Quality strategy.Contribute to develop the global Quality strategy & objectives and lead their implementation within the category.Convey quality culture and Conduct periodic review of Quality achievements for the category. + Assure Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence&compliance to all Company principles and policies as well as local laws and regulations in regards to product safety &quality (national and international) .Define and lead the right cascading of priorities and measures throughout Nestlé within the category.Coordinate Water Business Issue Round Table and Member of the Crisis Committee in the for all product-related crises & incidents. Lead the follow-up of crises/major quality failures. + Strive for Zero Defect & No Waste : Ensure the analysis of the quality failures and proactively sponsors the defect elimination initiatives within the category.Promote, constantly challenge the status quo and benchmark the different quality cost elements to further contribute to business competitiveness.Drive the optimization of quality activities.Promote and supports cross-fertilization and/or sharing of standards, knowledge, NCE(Nestlé Continuous Excellence) practices and improvements.Liaise with other operation functions,markets, PTCs(Product Technology Center) and businesses to drive continuous improvement in order to reduce or eliminate losses. + Ensure Consistency : Within the category support the Idea to Launch process .Collaborates with Operations to drive improvement in the manufacturing of products that consistently delivers consumer preference. + Ensure development of competencies in quality: Support the alignment and development of the Quality organizational structures and support the succession planning process to meet the Quality Strategy and objectives.Ensure development of people through career management (experience), coaching and training.Convey corporate culture and management principles at all levels in the category .Invests time coaching his/hers teams. Foster a healthy employee relations climate. + Water Treatment : Maintain all water treatment activities in terms of water status (such as spring water), comply with local requirements, regulations. Assess all requirements water treatment and work together with other related departments in coordination. Ensure effective Sanitation activities both in the backline and frontline. Provide and organize the appropriate use of water for production lines. **Which profile are we looking for?** + University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies, or engineering) + More than 10 years of experience in relevant area + Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a group of experienced professionals/ leaders; + Management exposure across several functions + Different factory, market, category or R&D(Research & Development) positions & environments (Centre, Region, market, expatriation, mission, special projects) + Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams and global initiatives + Leading/ implementing change. **What are our employee community values?** Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.
