HDR seeks anexperienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the preparation and submission of proposal responses for Federal solicitations. This includes developing and creating proposal and interview materials in collaboration with program managers, client managers, and other dynamic team members resulting in the capture of new contracts. Qualified candidates will be skilled in meeting compliance and client requirements for Federal proposals, including maintaining communication with large proposal teams providing content, intensive schedule and color team review management, and creating compliant and attractive documents incorporating Federal forms.

In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Understand the capture planning and proposal development process, specifically complex Federal pursuits involving SF330 and multi-volume proposals, TORN submittals, Sources Sought responses, and presentationsActively manage the proposal process from start to finish; lead quality reviews and apply best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of response.Coordinate and assist with qualifying pursuits and Go/No Go decision-making.Lead capture teams consisting of technical, operations, and marketing staff; maintain pursuit documentation and actively engage in strategy development for assigned pursuits.Manage the development and production of SOQ responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, LOIs etc.) in a deadline-intensive, fast-paced environmentManage proposal schedule and ensure compliant content. Manage large teams, including other Marketing Coordinators and various technical staffCoordinate with subcontractors and other teaming partnersMonitor government and third-party sites for solicitation communications (SAM.gov, GovWin, PIEE, etc.) Track amendments and clarifications to ensure the final proposal incorporates all required information.Manage multiple concurrent proposals and activities, including assembling team, manage scheduling and facilitating milestone review meetings, directing and assuring follow-up actions, and producing final submittals.Write non-technical text and edit and proofread documents. Provide the team with a clear definition of proposal content, assignments, and production schedule.Evaluate technical content to ensure RFP requirements and evaluation criteria are met and the proposal is compliant. Ensure quality, budget, and schedule performance of proposal efforts.Work with the proposal team to deconstruct proposal contents and capture the material in the firm’s database upon submissionParticipate in and help lead client interviews and proposal debriefs, documenting strengths and weaknesses.Assist with developing best practices and process improvement initiativesWork independently on multiple assignments and manage schedules, completing high-quality assignments on timePerform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related fieldAPMP or SMPS certification a plus; Shipley training a plusFive years of experience in the A/E/C industryDeep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional servicesExperience leading SF330 proposal efforts a plusDemonstrated experience in preparing RFP responses and/or project execution, with the focus on details and project management skills required for compliant, compelling proposalsSuperior written (grammar) communication skills including writing, proofing and editingKnowledgeable in publicly available information sources; able to effectively conduct market research to support the Federal Business GroupStrong interpersonal skills: the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and personalities; comfortable working with remote team membersProficient in CRM database search functions and data entryAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-personRequired Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Minnesota: $54,611 - $78,015.
