In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in management of a moderately complex portfolio of closely held business interests, including stock, real estate assets and trust oil, gas and mineral asset within wealth client managementAssess risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations related to on going asset review reporting activitiesResearch and perform moderately complex tasks such as selling assets, buying assets, negotiating leases, supervising renovations, inspecting assets, asset reporting, and arranging appraisals as necessaryResolve valuation methodologies and models to derive and support pricing estimates and lead team to meet wealth client management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of banking regulations, fiduciary standards and Wells Fargo investment policyCollaborate and consult with business executives, attorneys, certified public accountants, Wells Fargo internal professionals, customers and vendors to communicate recommendations, decisions and concepts derived from researchServe closely with Board of Directors and other governing bodies

* In this role, you'll work directly with Trust Officers and Trust Clients to create, enhance, and expand their Wealth and Investments Management (WIM) relationships.  Receives, establishes and administers trust oil, gas and mineral asset portfolios.  Confers with customers, professionals and vendors regarding establishment, administration and operation of trust assets.  Duties may include negotiating leases, executing division orders, completing Regulation 9 reviews, inspecting assets, approving authority for expenditures and joint interest billings, selling assets, closing accounts and arranging appraisals as necessary.  Develops new business through servicing customers and interaction with external resources.  Incumbents in this job level typically have expertise in Oil and Gas asset administration. 


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

CPL (Certified Professional Landman) or RPL (Registered Professional Landman)Member of AAPL (American Association of Professional Landmen)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
