Senior Field Marketing Manager (German/English speaking)
The Sr. Marketing Managers are responsible for building integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team. They are focused on driving high-quality account engagement thru the marketing/sales funnel that results in bookings and revenue for the business. Sr. Marketing Managers are results-driven, creative and data-driven. They partner with sales, BDRs and across functions to ensure that our resources are maximized and we are supporting to drive new business at every touchpoint. They participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms and provide meaningful, actionable data to leadership.What you'll do:Campaign Support and Execution: Proactively execute North EMEA short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipelineLead Generation: Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for the North EMEA Sales teams, and measure and report on critical sales funnel metricsProgram Effectiveness: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generationCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, the global marketing team, the agencies, and partner teams to deliver full-funnel marketing programsLocal-First Campaign Execution: Focus on executing campaigns tailored to specific market needs and verticalsMarket Feedback: Provide feedback to broader teams about market conditions, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvementSupport Regional Goals: Assist in achieving North EMEA-wide marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in the regionPartner with the BDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processesTeam Updates: Regularly update marketing, sales, and product teams about regional customer behaviours, buying preferences, and patternsPost-Campaign Reporting: Conduct post-campaign analysis to report on effectiveness and ROI, providing insights for future campaign improvements#LI-LH1#LI-RemoteWhat we're looking for:Regional Expertise: Extensive experience in the UK and German market with professional level language skills5-7 years of Marketing experienceMarketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environmentCampaign Execution: Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaignsData-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performanceContinuous Improvement: Mindset geared towards continual improvement and optimization of campaign processesAdaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic global environments and resolve ambiguity quicklyCollaboration: Passion for working with sales and partner teams to execute cross-functional campaignsCustomer Focus: Strong interest in engaging with and understanding North EMEA customer needs to tailor campaigns effectivelyStakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders across multiple time zones to coordinate campaign effortsImpact-Driven: Desire to make a significant impact and drive change through effective campaign executionCuriosity: Solutions-oriented mindset driven by curiosity to explore new campaign approachesBachelor’s Degree required: Marketing or Business Degree preferred
